Meeting the needs of individuals that connect with the world differently

At Indigo we’re a team of professionals committed to understanding individual differences and supporting our clients to release their potential.

Assessment

We believe all behaviour can be understood if you have enough information, and that information is the key to making good decisions and planning for the future.

Coaching & Counselling

We understand that everyone faces challenges from time to time. Talking to someone about this can lead to a fresh perspective and help you find a way through.

'Cool Kids' Anxiety Programmes

Because we are passionate about helping anxious children and adolescents (and their families) learn to manage their anxiety and become confident, happy individuals.

Career/Vocational Counselling

We know that deciding on a future study / career direction can be daunting but with sufficient information you can make decisions that are true to your unique characteristics and move forward with clarity and confidence.
